Tier 1 Entrepreneur team Application

Hello Every one ,
Me and my team member had biometric done on 18th March , paid Priority so got interview on 28th March . Got email on 3rd April saying Case not straight forward and called Ukvi services on 17 April , they said info has been forward again so got email on 3rd May again saying Case is not straight forward same as 3rd April. My questions ?
Did any one got the visa who applied in same time and any idea how long we can have to wait ?

Please advise

Which country you applied from ?

Do you have previous uk immigrantion history ?

How long your interview lasted for??

Were you been invited for second interview ??

I have applied from Chandigarh India
I have interviewed once
I Hve Uk immigration history
Are you having 2nd interview ?
I have already interviewed on 28th March once

I was invited for 2nd interview but canceled later on.

How long your first interview lasted for ?

Did they asked you any tricky questions??

It lasted around 1 hour
Questions were ok related to my project only .

Now the question is when they are going to give us visa ? Lol

They asked me one tricky question irrelevant to my business plan to check genunity if business plan is made by Me

Hi Everyone,
I am also in the same boat as you guys are . My timiline (as Team Application)is as following :-
Online Application : 10-March-2019
Biometric : 17-March-2019
Interview : 11-April-2019 (lasted about 40 mins)
No reply since 1 month.
If you guys hear anything from UKVI ,,,,, kindly let me know.

Hi Gagan,
Did you hear anything from the UKVI, we have a similar timeline. We also have been receiving the emails, however the important email of "decision making" is yet to come. Please update

Hi I did not know there is priority service in TIER 1 entrepreneur extension ? I applied online in December 2018 but my solicitor told me there is no priority service available in this category ? How can I switch my application from standard to priority service ? Thanks

You cannot priorities it once you already have made the application.The commercial partner of UKVI must have offered the service at the time you submitted your docs.
WAIT is the only option left with you now!

This topic is about a member applying OUTSIDE the UK and NOT for an extension WITHIN the UK. There is no option of quicker decisions. Please do not tag your extension questions onto other members threads.
