Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier 2 General : Degree

Hi Everyone,

Currently I'm on Tier 2 ICT dependent and now I'm working on Tier 2 general application form where I have to answer a question in the section 'Travel - history ' : Have you applied for leave to remain in the UK in the past 10 years?

What does Leave to remain mean?

I had extended my Tier 2 ICT dependent last year (July 2019) and it got successful so should we consider this and mark yes in the form?

Please guide.

It means any uk visa.

Hi Admin,

I have completed my degree in English but I lost my degree certification because of which I did not go through the NARIC route to prove the knowledge of English. Rather I have gone through exam route and passed the IELTS for UKVI exam.

While filling the application, I have to fill the following question.
Do you have a degree that was taught in English? Please advise if I can give No to this.

If I select yes, I am asked to submit the documents from NARIC eventhough I have filled the details of the IELTS for UKVI exam .

Please guide.
