I, LANDLORD, can confirm that I am the landlord and owner of the XX bedroom FLAT/HOUSE located at the aforementioned address.
I can confirm there is NO bedroom, a k-itchen, living room and a bathroom at this address.
I can confirm that SPONSOR has lived at the property since DATE as per the attached AST agreement.
Further, I have no objection to his Civil Partner/spouse, APPLICANT, permanently residing at the property once he has successfully completed the visa application process (to convert his fiancé visa to a spouse visa) and has provided me with the visa documentation from UKVI / Home Office showing that he has the right to rent.
SPONSOR is currently the only resident at this address (APPLICANT lodges on his fiancé visa) and there is more than adequate space for a second person. Please also be notified that they will not break the Housing Overcrowding Act.
