The issues you are facing with the financial situation of your business and any loan arrangements have no impact on your application. Certainly loans will be on your credit record but again this is no issue as long as you comply with all arrangements you make. Regarding your wife's visa you should ask this in the relevant forum here.

Wife visa AS Director ltd Company (Help Plz)

Post by natsha » Fri Jul 10, 2020 12:36 am

Hi,

A bit confused too many things.

1-I am the director of the company taking a salary as director. Which Category need to USED F OR G OR BOTH

2-My financial year start 1 Feb 2019 to end 28 Feb 2020 ( I took 12600£ salary during this year + 7000£ dividenD)
Total 19600£ is that ok?

2- I filled my company accounts in march 2020 and already did self-assessment 6 April 2019 to 5 April 2020 which shows salary as director and dividend WITH P60. I hope this all fine to cover up 12 months, ALSO on going take a salary.
Should be ok?

3-If anyone applies for a spouse visa under ltd COMPANY SHARE link or send me information

Thank you

1 - Category F uses one financial year to meet the financial requirement. Category G uses the average of the last two financial years to meet the financial requirement. You can use either but not both. Additional details in the guidance document below:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -ext_1.pdf

2 - That exceeds the financial requirement, so it's fine as long as there are no children that also have to be included in the calculation and the necessary supporting evidence detailed in the guidance document can be provided.

Second 2 - You have to provide all of the specified evidence detailed in the guidance document, which will include evidence of ongoing employment at the date of application.
