Youth Mobility Visa Renewal/Altnerative Visa's

I have been in the UK for about 16 months on my Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa.
I work as a Supervisor in a retail job, and was hoping to continue to do so.

Is it possible for me to:
A. Return home after the end of my visa expires and reapply for the same one again?
B. Get an alternative visa that allows retail positions to be considered?

A. No, my understanding is you only get tier 5 yms once.

B. The is no work permit type visa for the level of job you are doing. Unless you have a British, EU or ILR partner, there are not many options for you unfortunately.
