Hi thanks for that. Will it matter if I have saved my partners name differently to what it's spelt on WhatsApp. The number shows and has always been the same just been using a different name for her.

For example, her name is sareeha and I've named t as saria. Will this matter? If so, am I better off to rename her as sareeha and then take screenshots of chats etc. The only problem is my previous screenshots will have Saria and not sareeha. Thanks

Retake the screenshots to be on the safe side.

Alternatively, rename it first, export the entire chat history and print it out.

Hi thanks for quick response. What about my phone call screenshots from Dec till April. I won't be able to hangs the name on those screenshots. Will it matter that the name is slightly different from then and now. I can change name which will change the whole messages being sent from her actual name so I can take screenshot of messages etc. However, screenshots from chat history and messages will have two different names.

Alternatively, rename it first, export the entire chat history and print it out.

Hello,

If you change the name, then it should also change the name on your call list automatically and you would be able to take screenshots again with the updated name.

Hi thanks for replying. It will change the name and all messages will be sent from her new name. However, call logs only go 3 weeks back so the ones I've screenshot from Dec till April will have a slightly different name but same number. Will it make a big difference?

Just keep the things easier and simply rectify the name now and take screenshots with correct from now onward and attach on the top of previous one with old nickname.
