New service super priority timeline

My husband submitted his Tier 2 dependent extension visa on the 8th of January through this new service. He provided all the documents required. Even he submitted gas & electricty bills and council tax bills to show both of our names - as you have suggested on this forum even though they were not required documents. Anyhow. He had biometrics taken on the same day, they suggested we should hear back within 24 hours as we applied for super priority but it has been more than 10 days and no news. We submitted it through the Glasgow service. Anyone who had the same issue?
