Decision email with no decision

I have emailed further enquiries and other addresses. I am hoping I emailed the right people. I will definitely keep you posted.
Was there another email address for refusals? Lol

I am not sure about that. Seems like all decisions are sent from the same email address whether it is an approval or refusal.

Hey everybody,
I have discussed this in a previous ppst I made early hours of the morning which was about something else so I thought of making a separate post.

I have received my decision letter today via email at 1 30. However, the PDF file is blank and corrupt. Since 1 30 until writing this, I have been extremely nervous and anxious. I have sent an email to the address the HO provided in the email which is in case the email was sent to the wrong person, to general enquiries and also to further enquiries requesting that a correct format file of the decison ks re-sent. I have tried so many things, called some friends who have IT knowledge who said it must be recovered frkm the source and there isn't anything I can do as the file is 0 bytes.

I just have 2 questions:

If you had this issue, is there a way to actually resolve it and read the decision.

Also, how long would it roughly take then to get back to me? I am scared it will take very long for them to have a look although it is just a simple task and it is not like I am requesting updates or anything.

I am freaking out, nervous as hell and cannot and will probably not sleep so please if you had a similar issue do inform me.

I understand your nervousness and anxiety. Given you are a refugee, you have waited long enough!! Listen, relax. Worst case scenario, you are refused? Its not the end of the world. You will get a reconsideration option or will be able to apply again with correct documents. For now, just stay positive and think for the best. You will get the approval soon!! Your health comes first. You have to fight through it in case (God forbid) its a refusal. I am sure it will be an approval!!! Hopefully this may make you feel better. Unfortunately, at this point, you can only wait.

Hey thank you bro I really appreciate ur message. I dont think theres more fight left in me man. I came here as a child and had no understanding of the system and it is just blow after blow. I feel like a prisoner and refugees are certainly getting the worst treatment. I hope its an approval ill keep u guys updated.
