You can open an online application, start going through the details and log in every 10 weeks to keep the data.

I read about the good charecter requirements for becoming British citizen, since i arrived as Tier 1 and got ILR through T1 route , Im not on payroll , not takinng salary and not paying any taxes yet. will it have any effect on good charecter requirements

Employment is not a requirement, earnings, taxes, benefits are not examined. On it's own your GCR is not affected by this.
If you haven't paid taxes you are due to pay (including council tax) or claimed benefits you are not entitled to that might count against you. Apart from other issues such a crimes committed, court sentences, immigration crimes, etc.

There are no financial requirements for naturalisation.

2) LIUK and Language requirment ( both requirement satisfied during ILR ) ok

No need to show your financial soundness. If you are registered for self- assessment it is a good idea to send in your most recent SA302 and full tax return.
You need to send in your scanned passport for residence too as well as proof of your ILR.
You will be eligible to apply on the anniversary of your ILR grant in October 2025.
