I read about the good charecter requirements for becoming British citizen, since i arrived as Tier 1 and got ILR through T1 route , Im not on payroll , not takinng salary and not paying any taxes yet. will it have any effect on good charecter requirements

Employment is not a requirement, earnings, taxes, benefits are not examined. On it's own your GCR is not affected by this.
If you haven't paid taxes you are due to pay (including council tax) or claimed benefits you are not entitled to that might count against you. Apart from other issues such a crimes committed, court sentences, immigration crimes, etc.
