ILR Visa Using New UKVCAS Service

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Vikash, applied for ILR-Set (O) using the super priority service under new UKVCAS on 22nd November 2018. I have booked an appointment with Sopra Steria to submit my bio-metrics and documents.
On 23rd November, I have received an email from Home office saying "Thanks for the application which is received and considered. It may take up to six months to make a decision on your case. If we are unable to process your application within six months we will tell you as soon as possible." I have ignored this email, as it says it is an an automated response confirming receipt of your application and does not accept responses.
I have collected all the documents as necessary for ILR and uploaded in the Sopra Steria website.
On 5th December, I have received an another email from Home office saying " To provide your biometrics at a post office. If they are any exceptions, please contact AppointmentExceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk". This time, I have replied to appointment exceptions stating that i have used the new service and going to submit the bio-metrics at Sopra Steria office. Later, I got reply from Exceptions team that the email was intended only for people who received bio-metric enrollment letters.
On 17th December, I have submitted my bio-metrics at Sopra Steria. They informed me that within 24hrs, i will be notified with the decision. Today i.e. 24th December, I have received an email from Home office saying that "We are emailing you to confirm that your recent Home Office application is still under consideration and we expect to make a decision within 6 months of the date of your application, which is our service standard".
My questions:
1) Has anyone faced with this type situation?
2) Has my application considered under standard application category or super priority service?
3) When I selected super priority service for response. Why Home office says it will reply within service standard?
4) Any Advice on how to proceed next to get my ILR decision quickly?
Your respones will be very helpful.
Regards,
Vikasa
