Hi,

I am applying for ILR on 26th April.

My wife entered UK in Nov 2008 on a work permit dependant visa. We both got our status changed to Tier 1 in May 2010.

Now as per SET O form cohabitation proof need to be provided since 'last granted leave'. Does this mean we need to furnish cohabitation proof since May 2010 only.

Additionally she has been permanent in UK since April 2010. Between Nov 2008 and April 2010 she was off for about 10 months to India, though not continuously. Does she meet the 2 year eligibility requirement?

Perhaps a typo error then!

1. Evidence to prove cohabitation in the UK for at least 2 years.
