100% will work.curiousmind wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 9:30 pm
What they have provided me with is a cover letter with a wet signature stating the date I opened my account, my balance for the previous business day, my lowest balance for 28 days and my accompanying personal details. With this they have also printed on their own letterhead my transaction history for the last 6 months (which includes my name, sort code and account number on them).
Transaction history (showing debit/credit entries) on bank letter head covering last 6 months is same like an official bank statement and will definitely serve the purpose.curiousmind wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 10:25 pmSeagul,
Thank you for your vote in confidence.
My only concern is that it is more of a transaction history rather than an actual bank statement (like the ones I can download online). Do you think they would have an issue with that?
Also, will they be able to tell that they're official statements from HSBC without an authenticity letter?
curiousmind wrote: ↑Tue Apr 16, 2019 11:04 pmHi all
I have an employment reference letter from my employer (on official work stationary) which contains all the information i need it to, however, the signature is clearly a digital signature and not ink.
Do you think this will be an issue?
I work for a large company and i'm worried it will prove difficult to find someone in HR to physically sign it especially since there is a clear protocol.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Applying for a fiance visa as a sponsor to my fiance.
Thanks!
No older than 28 days from the time of application submission.curiousmind wrote: ↑Wed Apr 17, 2019 2:34 pmWe're really confused about this because some people say they can't be older than 28 days from the time of application submission, and others say it's from the biometrics appointment.
Does anyone know for a fact which one is correct?
Yes.curiousmind wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 11:37 amThank you, ariamus.
By application submission you mean the date you submit the online application and book the biometrics appointment/pay the fee, correct? Not the day you submit your documents?
Sorry I just don't want to make a mistake on this. Thanks.

She is applying from Brazil, i've just looked into it and she can self-scan documents. Question for you: does it have to be her that scans and uploads the documents from Brazil or can I do it for her in the UK?
No worries, you can also walk in to centers and get appointment for fee. (one of member in India, did the same and accepted walk in appointments).Im not sure about your country rules, but If you call them, they might confirm. such a messy system isnt..curiousmind wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2019 9:04 pmHi rmkirfan,
Thanks for your response.
We tried that multiple times and the following message appeared: Data not found. Please try again.
What else can we do? We need to book our appointment asap but we can't with the wrong GWF number...
Please, anyone??curiousmind wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2019 6:34 pmHi -
A little confused here, my fiance is Brazilian and we just paid her fee to apply for a fiance visa and the visa uk website has issued us with a GWS reference number, now when we go to the VFS Global website the GWS reference number is different and is not 9 digits like it's supposed to be, its a number that starts with F and is 11 digits long?
Do you know why there's a difference?
