Preferably if you can then use parents house for which mortgage statement, land registry and parents noc letter will be needed.Daman_1805 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2019 7:20 pmDear experienced members,
Situation :
My wife is living in the UK and earning 24,000 pounds.
She is living with her parents at the moment. The house has already several members registered on the property.
We were planning to rent a house before my arrival as it is not necessary for her at the moment.
Query:
1) Do we need to provide rent agreement and slips for applying for visa application? ( To show space for my accommodation after entering the UK?)
2.a) If not, do we need to provide an attested document to show that we will be renting a place after the visa process is completed?
2.b) If yes, can you please specify the number of months for which rent slips are required.
If there are any doubts regarding the query, kindly post the same. I will try to resolve the same at the earliest.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
Thanks for the reply.
Then rent elsewhere. For which you will need tenancy agreement and landlord/estate agent's noc letter.Daman_1805 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2019 8:34 pmThanks for the reply.
I am unable to do so, as their home has already several members registered on their address.
So there isn't enough space for my accommodation.

If she does rent a house, does she need to provide any rent slips for the UK spouse visa processing or just rent agreement and NOC is enough?
