Post by Saffy_1 » Fri Sep 20, 2019 1:38 am

Hello

My wife’s on a spouse visa she’s planning on going holiday on the 3 October with my son to Pakistan they will come back with me on 21 January as I can’t go that early as I have work commitments so my question is can she only go for 90 days in 2019 only ? And does she have to come back early or can she come back with me in January the 21st thanks

If she is on a spouse settlement visa, there is no absence limit or 90 days limit!!

Also a good tip. If you are planning her extension in next 6 months then try your best that you travel abroad on your paid leave especially if you are earning fixed wages.
