Tier 1 General Dependent to ILR

I had query regarding Tier1 Dependent visa to ILR for my spouse.

My wife entered in UK April 2012 and since she had Trie1 dependent visa till February 2015

I have granted ILR in june 2013 but my wife was not qualified for applying ILR so did not applied for ILR that time.

Now she spent 2 years of stay in UK with me since April 2012 to till now and she is planning to apply for Her ILR dependent visa in May 2014.

Does she or Me need to maintain any fund for time of period as maintenance fund for ILR dependent visa
