MN1 Refree Covering Letter

Hi,
I am applying for my 3 years old son Naturalisation and was wondering if someone has a template of a covering letter I can use to support his MN1 application. Please note I specifically want to mention few details regarding the refrees .

I would really appreciate if someone can help me

You can add any additional information on page 14 of the form, a covering letter is not necessary. They will contact the referees should they feel the need to.
