URGENT - ILR or Naturalization

Hello All,

Can you please help me. My younger brother is planning to visit in his vocations and I will be sponsoring his whole trip to UK that includes ticket fare, medical care, housing, food and traveling.

I have 2 questions:

1. I recently got naturalized on 18th March 2014 and my interview has been booked for 9th April.I don't think I will receive my passport to send copy of it for my brother to submit it along his application. For now on his on-line application form he has filled my status as ILR holder, should he change it to British Citizen and would my Naturalization certificate suffice as a proof and could be used to send along with his application or would you suggest him to use copy of my ILR with his application for now.
Please advise


My second question is that as my brother is under 18 and school going and I will be sponsoring his all trip. In this case what do he need to fill under Employment and Income Section. I have filled as following, please check and confirm if it is correct.

Naturalization Certificate is proof of citizenship, no need of a passport.

Also I hope your brother is able to show financial proof of support on his own as you being a student would not help to support his application.

I will be sponsoring uk trip for my younger brother who is 17 years old doing O-Levels. I am british citizen and will be sending a list of doc to support him like

Invitation letter
Sponsor letter
Afiddavid
Utility bills
Payslips
Employment letter
Council tax
P60
Tenancy agreement
Bank statement showing savings

I have asked my father to attach his bank statemnt as well to support his application though it will be equilant to £3000

Your brother will also need to show very strong proof of his ties to his home country and his intention to return otherwise he might have his visa refused.

Thanks for your response. He will be providing following doc to support his application

1. Passports
2. Letter from his school confirming that he has vocations and he will be starting again for his A-Levels in August
3. Birth certificate
4. Parents Marriage certificate
5. Permission letter from parents
6. Supporting letter from father + father's bank statement
7. My father will also provide property documents to show that they own a property.


What else do you think he can attach ???
