Can I apply for Family visitor for Father-In-Law

Hello all,

Can some one please suggest if I can apply for Family visitor visa for my father-in-law and Mother-in-Law? or do i need to apply for a visitor visa? I am currently a permanent resident (ILR)

Family visitor as you have ILR.

Yes. I got a family visitor visa done for my in-laws last year.

You will have to prove their relationship with them by providing your marriage certificate and your in-laws' names are mentioned as parents in your wife's passport

As you are still on a work visa and do not have ILR, she need to apply for a General Visitor Visa.
