Does court share divorce/separation preceedings with UKBA

Does court share regularly or live the information about the marital status when divorce/separation proceedings going on of a person still subject to immigration control with UKBA/nationality authorities or the individual person himself need to update to ukba/nationality authorities.

I personally think that court is entirely an independent body who had no partnership/affiliation with anybody. They are more independent than UKBA so that is why they do not inform or share the information with anyone.
