general visitor visa or family visitor visa?? confused!!

Hi,

i am on t2 visa for the last 3 years and would like to invite my parents to the UK for a month. Can you please tell me which visa they will have to apply for ? is it general visitor visa or family visitor visa?

the gov.uk website states the below,

Your family member must also be one of the following:

a British citizen
settled in the UK
granted asylum in the UK
under humanitarian protection in the UK

Unfortunately i don't fit into any of the above categories, i am on a visa at the moment so how do i go about this?

one last question, i understand that i as a host need to provide them some letter from my side such as invitation letter, payslips, employment letter, landlord letter and house contract in order for my parents to apply visit visa from their country (along with their bunch of documents). do all these documents required from my side need to be original or can i scan it and send it across to them?
