What Route is best for me ,British Wife & Child?

Post by laseye » Sat Apr 26, 2014 11:39 am

Hello every one, TBH I have spent alot on lawyers recently(other things) want to make application and inside the UK, my wife is British and Child British too, what application do you think is best for me? spouse or parent of British ?
and also what documents are needed from me?
Do I need to use a lawyer or it is something I can do myself ? as I was charged a huge bill by my lawyer for an application that seem straight forward or maybe am naive ....

I would appreciate every and any help I can get as it would ease me alot of financial burden.

It would help if you stated what your current immigration status is or if you are an overstayer??

What application did you/your lawyer apply for??

Yes, but what category of visa are you applying for that your lawyer has assisted you with?

as I was charged a huge bill by my lawyer for an application that seem straight forward or maybe am naive
hence my question on what application it is??

Also, how long have you been in the UK and what was the last visa that you had??

You'll be applying for FLR(FP), that's all you can do from in the UK. Does your spouse meet the Financial Requirement (£18600 salary) for spouse leave outside UK?
