Employment checking service

Hi Members

When can an employer check the right to work from ECS????

After the employee submit an In-time application or employer needs to wait until employee gives his biometric?????????

So immediately after receiving the Acknowledgement letter or after the biometric given?????

your previous leave/visa conditions continue if you have submitted an application in time. If you have received an acknowledgement letter, you can provide this that you have an application pending, at least we do in our HR department and put on a note on file to follow up for approval.

If your employer using the employment checking service, the HO should provide them with the update that you have an application submitted for xyz.

So what about dependent right to work check.

Because in acknowledgement letter HO only state the name of main applicant.

How can a dependent's employer check the right of work of dependent employee?
