My daughter is 16 years old and she has Dutch nationality and was born abroad. She has been living in the UK since she was 5 years old. My wife, my daughter and myself arrived in the UK in January 2003 under EEA treaty rights(my wife is also a Dutch citizen). We naturalised and became BC in 2008, but not my daughter.
We now want to register my daughter as British Citizen. I understand I need to use form MN1.
Could someone please let me know under which section of the MN1 form, I can register her as British Citizen ?
