Can anyone Help me which visa

I'm Sam and this is the first time to find such a helpful website like this and wish if anyone could help me
i was here in the UK on a marriage (spouse) visa for 2 years ...... then the marriage broke down and i moved from scotland to london
and i met my current GF at work, anyway we got itno a relatioship and we now have a 10 months daughter (Isabelle)
by the way my GF british and from british parents and grand parents , and so my daughter by default
however my marriage visa was about to expire last Dec. (2013 ) so i went to a solicitor and paid him to sort out my situation
and he applied in Oct. 2013 (2 months before the expiry of my visa ) on a wrong application

then the home office sent me a letter last march (2014) which means 4 months after the expiry of my visa , and told me that the form was wrong and now they are keeping my passport and giving me the option to call them and give them an exact date to leave the country so that they could send my passport back , or otherwise i will be a subject to deportation.

and now I am screwed because of my solicitor and i am not working as no visa, and money are so tight so could anyone helps me and tell me what sort of visa i could get based on my relation with my GF or my daughter

about financial issue , so my GF meets the financial requirements ....

someone told me to apply on a FLR (FP) as a partner and they won't put my previous Immigration history in consideration ....... and some others told me no ...... and now i am confused and don't know what visa should i do or the only option is to leave my daughter here and go back to Egypt or what ..... as i don't have the enough money to hire another solicitor

please guys help me with anything you know about my case or situation

Are you divorced from your first spouse and if so, when did you get divorced?

When (date) did your marriage breakdown and you moved to London??

we split in june 2012 and that is the date when i moved to london

and based on the scottish law .... we have to split for 1 year so that we could go to court and get divorced ......

thats why i had to stay in the uk and wait from June 2012 untill i got my divorce by july 2013

and my british Daughter was born 1 month later (August 2013)
thats why i couldn't move or leave the country or do anything because of my new British GF and my British Daughter

and my visa was about to expire December 2013

You can rely on the relationship to your daughter, but as you are yet to be divorced, you cannot rely on your girlfriend.
