AN Application form inquiry.

Hi,

I am in the middle of filling out the AN application form and it is based on having completing 12 month on ILR visa including 5 years of Tier 1 work permit. I have a couple of questions which the AN Guide is not very clear about and am hoping to get some answers:

1) Section 1: Details of your parents: Do I need to present passports of my parents when submitting the application form or do I just enter this detail without needing any special documents as proof for this information?

1 a) Also how important is the accuracy of this information - I ask because, I may not be able to get information about the town and address from my mother's side - so in this instance, can I put it down as the same as my father's address details?

2) Section 2 Residence Requirements: - Date and place of arrival - Is this the date and place, I first entered into UK? . As I was in the UK as a student prior to my 5 years as Tier 1 visa (my application is based on 5 years residency), which in total leads to around 9 years - should I include this date as a student or should I put the date and place I was living when I first got my Tier 1 visa ??

Thanks for the reply, regarding your question; I switched to Tier 1 from student within UK. - so to confirm I enter my first trip as student.

Yes, as you switched in country then the date you first entered.
