Unfortunately its not that straight forward for non-EU nationals to get jobs in Denmark or say Europe. The experience you have is not niche, there are so many EU nationals who can do the same work you are doing.

Companies in Denmark will find it easy to hire EU nationals because they don't have to sponsor visas for them. Whereas companies will have to go through the tedious process of applying visas when hiring non-EU nationals because they have to prove to authorities that they couldn't find anyone in Europe who could fill this job.

TCS may be a brand in India but In Europe it is treated just like just any other Indian software vendor so its your skills that do the talking here. Its going to be a challenge but if you already had overseas experience then it may help a bit with your search .

The safest bet for non-EU software folks is to try overseas opportunists via employer in your country.

Since the massive influx of immigrants especially from eastern Europe the job opportunities have been becoming restrictive & competitive almost everywhere. Moreover, another problem is in Europe is the inability to understand the local language and language varies from one country to another even inside a particular country the languages varies from city to city. But still if a person has courage to learn and suffer initial challenges then everything gradually become normal and adjustable. Apart of that learning and developing such which lacks or in good demand in a country where intend to move is the most wise strategy. In limited times miraculously mobility/migration from one place to another brings productive results too.
