Middle name change in naturalisation application

Post by neo.kap » Thu Aug 28, 2014 10:55 am

HI,

Currently my self, wife and a child have Indian passport and ILR. We are planning to apply for naturalization.
My name on my passport and other documents is XXXkumar. while on wife's passport and ILR card the middle name and husband name is XXX (without kumar). Same with child's passport, middle name and father name is XXX (without kumar).

During naturalization and UK passport application I want to change my name in wife and child's passport to XXXkumar.

What needs to be done during naturalization application to get this change in naturalization certificate and UK passport?

Also, will there be any prob with this change during surrender of indian passport and OCI application?

The name she uses will have to match exactly what her passport and ILR card say otherwise you will have to provide documentary evidence of the difference in her name.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
