Can I claim child benefit ?

Hi, I got a British citizen in July 2014. My wife and daughter joined with me on dependent settlement visa that valid for 33 months.

Am i entitle to claim child benefits ?
Is any affects on my family visa extension ?

It would be really great help if you please guide me above questions.

Am i entitle to claim child benefits? Yes, as you are entitled to it and you are claiming not your child. You can also claim child tax credits if you are eligible and must claim it in joint name with your spouse
Is any affects on my family visa extension ? No, not if child benefit is in your name and tax credits in joint names.
