Thanks for your reply. My total absences for the 5 year period when I applied for ILR were 96 days (including all personal and business travel). I received my ILR in August 2014, and due to receive my citizenship in August 2015. Since I received my ILR, I have been outside UK for 15 days.CR001 wrote:There is no distinction between different types of absence for citizenship applications.
How many days do you plan on being outside the UK in the 12 months?
What will your total absences for the 5 years qualifying period for citizenship?
Just for guidance milan69, what is the difference please?milan69 wrote:There is a difference if you are working for UK based company. For absences over 90 days in the final year you will have to apply for discretion. Absences over 180 days will result in certain rejection.
Thanks milan69milan69 wrote:HO treats absences that were due for working for UK based company differently than usual absences.
