Which sort of formal payslips are acceptable?

I have payslips eaxactly like on the below URL but I am not sure if they are acceptable without being stamped and signed?

My slips are on non-A4 paper containing company name and all my salary details and tax NI codes ....can anyone shed some light on this please

You have the correct payslips you don't need to stamp them.
