That 'someone' is incorrect. It is only your CURRENT visa status of Tier 4 (not dependent)/ PSW that would exempt you. In addition, you will need an RCoS although you can apply in the UK.Cnice wrote:Thanks for your swift response,

Some one was also telling me that since I am already with the employer for this long , they will not have to do RLMT.
