jus need to ask one quick question regarding New Legacy Case policy, i been here in uk since 98 on asylum and in april 2003 and my solicitor applied on the basis on human protection, i have got a letter from home office that my application has been accepted as valid and i am allowed to work and stay here until my case is under consideratin and in letter they said that these kind of cases usually take up to an year to decide, but still now i have not heard any thing from home office since then ,
so all together i m here since december 98, so according to home office new law AM I ELIGIBLE TO APPLY UNDER LEGASE CASE POLICY,
bit curious wot to do? any one can help me out, and one more thing that i doing preparation for LIFE IN THE UK TEST, will it make any difference?
