FLR (M) When to apply?

Post by miss_teacher » Sat Feb 07, 2015 4:35 pm

My husband will be applying via the 5-year route for FLR(M) soon as his visa expires in five months. This is the second application having already been in this category for 2 and a half years. I was just wondering if anyone could advise how far in advance of the visa expiry should the documents and new application be sent via post to the UKBA? I don't want to send it too late, nor too early! Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks

28 days before the expiry date. Don't forget that the Life in the UK test and B1 English will be required.
