can my daughter get her child benefit?

Hi there,
Could some one advise me if my daughter can get child benefit? the scenario is detailed below:
1. she received her ILR a few days ago on the basis of 10yr LR and is under 14.
2. Neither me or my wife has granted ILR yet ( application already made)
3. my daughter was born abroad.

please advise me.

Children don't apply for child benefit. The qualifying parent does and because neither you or your spouse have ILR yet, you cannot claim.

Please refer to my earlier post... ...., I have been granted my ILR. I do understand that I can get my daughter's child benefit who also have got her ILR approved. Now my question is can I apply for Child benefit for my other daughter who's ILR still under consideration and my other daughter who was born in the UK but hasn't been registered for citizenship yet???

Need your expert help and advise... please

Yes, you can apply for Child Benefit and tax credits for any qualifying children you have in the UK as you are now settled.
