Schengen Visa Dominican Republic Citizen Residing in Ireland

I am a Dominican Republic citizen residing in Ireland. I want to apply for a Schengen Visa and I have a few options. I have a friend (Spain Citizen) living in Denmark and a Girlfriend (Italian Citizen) living in Italy. I plan to visit them both. My question is. which would be the best option for me, applying to the Denmark Embassy or the Italian Embassy. It's worth it to get the Invitation Letter signed by them, meaning, would this increase my chances of getting the visa approved or would it hurt my chances?

Which embassy is more 'visa friendly'? Spanish, Italian or Danish?

You need an invitation letter for either if they will be accommodating you.

Which country are you staying in the longest and entering first?

Do you have your travel booked or provisionally booked?

I haven't booked anything. I can either stay with them or book some accommodation on my own, it's not a problem. My question is, are embassies more willing to give out the visa to people that are paying for everything on a tourist trip or are they more willing to do it when the applicant is staying with some resident and therefore presenting an invitation letter?

Since I haven't booked anything yet, I could plan my trip around the embassy that most likely will approve the visa. Let's say the most 'visa friendly' embassy is the Danish embassy... so I could plan my trip that my first entry is Denmark and then Italy. So, my question in Ireland which of those 3 are the most 'visa friendly', meaning which one will most likely approve a visa, maybe provide a multi-entry visa for a year, etc?

Neither is relevant. You have to prove your ties to the country your are resident in and you have plan your trip before you apply for your visa because of all the paperwork you have to submit.

Have you looked at the forms? It is a general consensus that you apply either for the country you are first arriving in or the country you will be visiting for the longest.

Have you had a Schengen visa before? If not, it is unlikely that you will be granted a 1 year mulitple entry visa on the first application. The visa will generally be granted for exactly the duration of your trip.

I see. Yes, I had a 30 days Schengen visa issued by Spanish embassy last year.I guess I'll just play it out with no shortcuts.
