Schengen Visas -Family Visitor

Post by PMO » Fri Apr 03, 2015 11:43 pm

Hello,

My mom & wife will be travelling to UK in 2 days.

Mom - Visa Type - Family Visitor
Wife - Visa type - T2 ICT Longterm staff partner

I'm planning to take them for Europe trip[Star Tours - 05 Days - Panoramic Europe]

Can I apply for Schengen Visas for my Mom and Wife while they are in UK?

Please advice.

Thanks.

Schengen visas need to be applied from country of residence. Your mom should have applied in her home country. Where is your wife normally resident?

Too late then to apply for Schengen visas from home country for your mother.

Does your wife usually live in the UK or is this her first arrival?

She would also need to prove UK residency but easier for her as you can add her name to bills and she has vaild visa to reside. Not much chance for mom though. Have you booked the holiday and when is it for?

Perhaps holiday in the UK then.
