Form AN (Mar 2015 vers) - Few doubts on application

Hi folks,
In regards to the new AN form, my doubts are -
1. KOLL - I have attached Life in the UK test, degree certificate, NARIC statement of comparability, letter from University stating degree taught in English. Do I need anything else (such as ELA) from NARIC for KOLL.

2. I was away from UK physically for couple of weeks starting 14 May 2010. Considering my NCS is next week, will this time be enough.

3. Both my referees work in same organisation as managers - is that a problem?

4. We are signing up in the new form to register our biometric information. I guess this means that we can no longer ask for our previous biometric info to be destroyed, as advised in a previous post in this forum?

2. If you are applying at NCS next week it should be fine to reach HO in time.

In reply of point 4. see page 13:

You will not be issued with a new biometric permit, but your current biometric permit
will be returned to you, and your fingerprint details will be retained until we are
notified that you have attended your citizenship ceremony.
