Do i qualify for a spouse visa?

Do i qualify for a spouse visa?

Can i apply for a spouse visa if in month my income was less £50?I work 3 jobs and i am paid by the hour.I have payslip for the past 6 months and my total income is slightly above 1550 each month.The average for the 6 months is slightly above £ 1550

Please advice me do i apply now or apply later on when all my payslips are above 1550?One of the reasons my income was short in that month was i went home to see my wife.

The case worker will take the lowest monthly pay and multiply it by 12 to give the annual earnings. You'll need to wait until to have the last 6 consecutive months showing you meet the minimum earnings level for the annual calculation of at least £18,600
(Casa, not CR001)
