Tier 2 ICT Dependent, Facing difficulty in getting Job Inter

Dear All
My VISA type is Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner, I have started applying for jobs from march 2015 till now the response I got is
I need sponsorship to work in UK, I have 9 years of Exp in IT field. Seems like companies do not entertain Tier 2 Visa's.

Could you please tell me has anyone faced this issue when they were searching for job in UK.

If so, Please share some tips

How long do you have your visa? Is your skill set pertaining to banking/insurance industry?

with your visa you are free to work without sponsorship or any other permission. See your visa stamp or BRP. Any company that may wish to employ you can check your entitlement to work online or contact UKVI
