Dependent of an Entrepreneur Visa

Hi there,

I need your advise in regards to the dependent visa application for my wife in Pakistan. I am on Entrepreneur visa since Sep 2014 and I will be applying dependent visa in July 2015. Please advise what documents should I provide for the visa. Have we got any new changes since April 2015 in this visa category? How important is to show a English language course in this visa, as many people say it is not required but some mentioned that it is a Grey Area?

It's not required in 319C.
