father on ILR but baby on Tier 2 dependent born in UK

Hi experts,
could you please let me know if i am eligible to get child benefit with below status.
I myself on ILR since December 2014.
My daughter is on Tier 2 dependant but born in UK.
Could you please let me know if i am eligible to claim child benefit?

Yes, as you have ILR you can claim. Child benefit is claimed by the parent not a child so it is your status that is important.

I appreciate for your help and thank you verymuch for your time to post a reply.
additionally as part of the application I am planning to send the below documents. Could you please let me know if the bleow documents are sufficient or do I have to send any additonal documents to the HMRC?
1. child passport with visa (ORIGINAL)
2. child birth (UK) certificate (ORIGINAL)
3. father passport (photo copy)
4. father BRP card (photo copy)

also for the question "Are you subject to the immigration control?" do I have to click yes or No. could you please suggest me.

Documents should be fine. If they need anything else, they will write to you.

You tick 'NO', you are the claimant NOT the child.
