Will I get to keep my passport if my visa is rejected and my husband appeals in the UK?

what are you applying for and where?
plus, the appelant is the person who has applied for a visa -- so from your post I assume you are not actually in the uk?
if you are outside of the UK you will get your passport back with the refusal
it only gets retained when the applicant is in the UK and without valid leave

@sagareva - It is a spouse visa from India. The OP has posted other random 'what if....' questions.

No way to speed anything up.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

I was just wondering, will writing to my MP or BHC also not help?
