You will need to take the invitation letter with you to the ceremony.Batasha wrote:Update.
I have been informed by email that my application has been approved but I didn't receive the approval letter or the ceremony invitation letter.
HO told me in their email dated on 9th June that they will be dispatching a decision letter. But so far I didn’t receive any letters. Do I need the approval letter or the ceremony invitation letter to book for the ceremony???
I am worried that both letters getting lost in the post..
As a couple of weeks have passed and you haven't received anything in the post, I'd suggest that you try calling your local council, to see whether they have your naturalisation certificate and thereby have you on their list to be invited for your ceremony. It's true that you would need the invitation letter to attend the ceremony, but by calling the council you may be able to find out what's happened so far.Batasha wrote:Update.
