IHS reference number on FLR(M)

Hi,

The new FLR(M) requires an IHS reference number and I don't have one.

I will be applying for second extension on FLR(M) 5year route and I am not sure if I need this because I did not provide this number on my first application. Can you please advise?

Also when I go on the UK gov website to see how much I will need to pay it doesn't bring my application FLR (M) in the drop down list.

I would really appreciate you assistance with it.

Yes, you need this IHS number and you have to pay the IHS Surcharge which will be £500 for a 2.5 year spouse visa extension. Your application will not be processed if you don't have the number or if you have not paid the surcharge. This came into effect on 6th April this year. This fee is on top of the visa fee.

Paying IHS Surcharge (Click) and I think you need to select spouse or settlement visa.
