need employer to sponsor tier 2 general visa

Hi all Gurus
I am an electrical and electronics engineer. I did PG Diploma from University of Greenwich and Currently doing MSc Management with specialization in Project management from BPP University. My study will be completed in august 2015. I have a plan to switch to Tier 2 General.

Please advise me what is the best possible solution. I have heard some solicitors they have good connections with companies and they can help in getting the job. I am looking for engineering and project management job. My plan B is to go for Graduate Entrepreneurship.
