how long after Fees are debited does the Biometrics Letter tKe to arrive?

If you read through the April and May timeline threads you will see it is roughly 3 to 4 weeks.

3-4 weeks AFTER debit of fees? wow! we applied just yesterday!

Sorry, appears to be roughly 3-4 weeks after date received by HO for biometric letters.
