Hopefully we'll received ours soon as well best it's not to contact Inis all the time so they can use the proper time to work faster.

I have also sent €950 and GNIB card to INIS, if we are getting invitation for ceremony then we should make a group here so that we can identify each other in ceremony ?

I don't know whether this is good idea or not?

How long does it take from approval letter to invitation ?
My wife got approval letter today.
We shall send 950 euro cheque and GNIB card this coming Monday.
I would assume that she`ll be just about in time for invitation for July ceremony ¬!!??

If you send your fees and GNIB card early enough then you should be fine and in for the July ceremony since it's still about 5weeks away and INIS hasn't started sending out invites. Invitations are most likely to start rolling out this coming week though.

i would like to ask if anyone has any Idea about when they start sending invitations.

It is still about 5 weeks to the July ceremony so approved candidates who's paid the fees should expect to get invites in the next couple of days hopefully as invitations are usually sent out on average of 4 weeks to a ceremony.

I had a quick browse through posts regarding MARCH ceremony.
Some people were even issued invitations 10 days prior to it.
As you said in my wife`s case still 5 weeks so I think she will make it no problem.

Hi guys: after one year waiting, my solicitor has now written a decision letter & a copy of my renewed residency to Innis on Thursday asking them for a final decision, on my application.

@emmanuel, lets just keep hoping for the best .because inis is making one so fed up. a lot of people got their approval on friday even ones who applied in 2015.maybe they may send more approvals before the ceremony on the 17th

Hi guys

I was impatient and decided to email them today and this is the answer I got

Your application has been approved by the Minister and correspondence has
issued to you from this office today.

According to them I should be receiving the approval letter next week!

Applied: 21 Dec 14 (Stamp 4 + 5 years residence)
1st Acknowledgement: 7 January 2015
2nd Stage: Last week of March
Approval: Sent today from the INIS office (June 12th)
