UK Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hi,
I have currently on Tier 2 general visa working in Uk (A-grade company).
My wife and son they are currently in India and planning to apply for a visa as a dependant on me.
could anyone please suggest any additional documents required other than the below.
My supporting document:-
1. accommodation letter.
2. company COS and offer letter.
3. sufficient maintenance fund (my wife have fund in her bank account & I have fund in my home country bank)
4. My passport and visa copy.


For my son
1. passport
2. Birth certificate is required or not ???
3. Separate application is required ??
4. TB certificate.

For my Wife
1. passport.
2. marriage certificate.
3.TB report.
4. Visa application form

On which field I need to fill the form either in CROWN DEPENDENCY or JOIN FAMILY ???

Please reply me as soon as possible.
Your help on this would be much appreciated.
