Settlement Visa For Child as Dependant of Settled Person

Post by Naveen.Babu » Sun Jun 28, 2015 12:23 pm

Hi ,

Me and my wife are Holding ILR .My Wife gave birth to baby Girl in India. We are planning to apply for UK-Family Settlement Visa (i.e. Settlement - Child or Other Dependant of Settled Person) for new born Baby by July-2015 month end.

Do I need to maintain any funds in the bank account, like we did in the case of Tier1 visa extension, before applying for Visa for new Born Baby? Please advise me. My Annual salary is 45,000 GBP per annum and I have Payslips, Bank statements,P60 documents,HMRC statement along with me .

Thanks and Regards,
Naveen
